New Patient Questions

Answers to questions we hear most often from new patients.

Do I need a referral?

Most patients do not need a referral, but some insurance plans require one. We will let you know when we verify your coverage.

What should I bring?

A photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and any previous mental health records if available.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes. Many visits can be done through secure video for patients located in New Hampshire at the time of the appointment. Some situations may require an in-person visit, and we will let you know if so.

Do you treat adolescents?

Yes. We provide psychiatric care for adolescents and adults. For patients under 18, a parent or guardian is involved in scheduling and consent.

Do you accept insurance?

Please call us at (319) 202-6581 or send an appointment request and we will confirm your coverage and any costs before your first visit. You can also see our Insurance & Fees page.

How soon can I be seen?

Submit an appointment request or call us, and we will contact you to find the earliest available time that works for you.
